but still, you think '95, it's -so- old, it MUST be time to upgrade to 2009. But that's ok, because it's virtually the same program, and all the older versions of True Image perform just as well, so it's just Marketing (Like Windows 95 is so ANCIENT, it's got 95 in it's name, for god sake, it MUST be no good, no, wait, that's not a very good example, because 95 was fucking horrible. I bought Acronis True Image 11 about 2.5 weeks before Acronis True Image Home 2009 was released.

I don't want, need, solicit or invite 'advice' on how to perform the tasks involved, I'm presenting them here because I find it hugely relevant to the nature of ongoing Lounge threads, and figured some other people might like to read it to. It has technical contents, but that's part and parcel of the ongoing clusterfuck that I'm documenting here, and presenting, to the lounge, as evidence, that god is a bitch.
